#8. Take a deep belly breath. Any time. A dose of oxygen will make you feel happier and more alert.

#9. Join a yoga class. Yoga eases stress, lowers your heart rate, increases flexibility and a bunch o’ other stuff. Just do it.

#10. Don’t be an island. This one talks about why women live longer than men. Because we are the superior race. LOL. Kidding. Actually, it has more to do with the networking and strength of our relationships. You see, in this life, we don’t do it alone. And THAT my friends, makes a difference.
