Once again, my friends at Men’s Health have compiled a list of Dr. Oz’s top 25 greatest health tips…otherwise entitled, “How sex,
dental floss, and belly laughs can make a good life GREAT!” I’ll share a few at a time. Enjoy!
#1. ROTF and LMAO….laughing does a ton of good stuff for you.
#2. Don’t skip breakfast…you end up eating less during the day & it keep your metabolism going and studies show folks perform better if they eat a decent breakfast. ‘Nuff said!
#3. Hit the sack. Yup, you need at least 7 more hours. I’ve written about this before. Getting a decent night’s sleep gives you improved performance mentally and physically, lowers stress, and aids weight loss and helps to regulate hormone levels.
#4. Admire you work…um well, what can I say. This little ditty is about your overall gut health…you know, regularity and that kind of thing. 25-35 grams of fiber a day.
#5. Don’t pamper a bad back. Bed rest hurts—strengthening your back and exercising helps. Research supports this.
