11-Minute FAT-LOSS Workout

Yup, you read that right. And here’s another good reason for a quickie….workout, that is! (Where is your mind?!)

In the July/August issue of Men’s Health (one of my fave mags), it was reported that some folks from Southern IL University found that people who lifted weights for 11 minutes 3X a week increased their metabolic rate EVEN as they slept. Apparently the process of breaking down and repairing muscle increases your metabolism. Who doesn’t have at least 11 minutes a day to devote to lifting?

Just remember, it’s only 11 minutes, so make it count.  If your workout doesn’t make you sweat or get your heart pumping, you’re still wasting your time.

NO MORE EXCUSES!! Just do it. And from another Nike ad (got to love those), “You can throw in the towel, or use it to wipe the sweat off your face!”
