#6. Cross Train. By this I am referring to more than just variety of exercise and movement. Mix it up when it comes to foods, habits, work, etc. It’s good for the brain, the body, and soul!

#7. Plan. Today’s world of multiple mega options for everything from A-Z, failing to plan is most certainly planning to fail. planning gives you options. Options provides flexibility for choices. You achieve more and stress less.

#8. Hydrate. 8-12 glasses of good, clean H20. Let your body be the guide–there really isn’t a magic number.

#9. Breathe. Inhale, slowly, deeply. Try this: Inhale deeply & commpletely for 4 counts. Hold your breath for 7 counts. Exhale slowly and completely for 8. Repeat 5 more times.

#10. Laugh. You know this is one of my big “3″. Laughing relieves stress, releases endorphins, oxygenates the blood and helps the body to relax. It truly is the best medicine. Try it! Look at life through a child’s eyes.

    I like #6! I never thought about cross-training my nutrition too! Love your insights. Keep up the great advice.
