I like the part about guys not "talking". We'll try our best to catch up. And you know...the advice on alcohol, although tough to follow through on, is dead on. Since we all know alcohol turns to "sugar" in the body and THAT will completely shut down the metabolism of fat. I know...I know...we won't make any friends here but...your advice is well received.
